Learn More About the Founder:

Brandy is a creator at heart, inspired by icons like Martha Stewart and a lifelong love of decorating, curating, and entertaining. After a 15-year corporate career, she made a midlife pivot with the goal of spending the rest of her career finding joy in the daily pursuit of design. She founded My Casita, meaning “My Little Home,” a wholesale home goods company where she designed and manufactured products sold in home and gift stores across the US, including Hallmark, Ace Hardware, and Hilton gift shops. That journey became the foundation for The Mahjong Register, which truly would not exist without My Casita. Brandy lives in The Woodlands, Texas, with her husband, son Sloan, and their standard poodle, Sammy. She is grateful to share her designs and love of Mahjong with this wonderful community.

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

We take pride in getting your order packed and on its way quickly! Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days for orders placed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

We ship Monday through Friday from our warehouse in Tomball, Texas. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking information.

For the most up-to-date status of a shipped order, please refer to the tracking link in your shipment confirmation email, as delivery times and carrier updates may vary depending on your location.

A pre-order item is a product that is available to purchase before it has arrived at our warehouse. Pre-ordering allows you to reserve your item from our incoming inventory before it is available for immediate shipping.

We do our best to provide an estimated ship date for all pre-order items, which will be noted on the product page at the time of purchase. Please keep in mind that these dates are estimates and may shift slightly.

You’ll be charged at the time you place your order, which reserves your item. Once your pre-order arrives at our warehouse, we’ll get it packed and on its way to you as quickly as possible.
