RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We accept returns requested within seven calendar days of the date your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition. All original packaging, protective materials, tags, inserts, accessories, and components must be included and fully intact. Items returned with missing, damaged, altered, or discarded packaging materials may be refused or subject to a reduction in the refund amount.
To request a return, contact us at hello@mahjongregister.com within seven calendar days of delivery. Please include your order number and the item or items you wish to return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Approved returns must be shipped within seven calendar days after the return instructions or return label are provided. Returns shipped after this period may be refused.
Customers are responsible for securely repackaging returned items. We are not responsible for damage caused by insufficient return packaging. We recommend retaining your return tracking information until your refund has been completed.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@mahjongregister.com within three calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, shipping box, and shipping label so we can evaluate the issue.
Please retain all products and packaging materials while your claim is being reviewed. Do not discard or return an item unless instructed to do so.
Damage caused by normal wear, misuse, improper care, accidental damage, or failure to follow product-care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.
NONRETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Final-sale or clearance merchandise
- Gift cards
- Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products
- Items returned without all original packaging and components
- Items showing signs of use, wear, washing, damage, alteration, odors, stains, or improper handling
Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether a particular item is eligible for return.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may request a return for an eligible product and place a new order separately.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the eligible refund amount will be issued to your original payment method, less return shipping charges and any nonrefundable original shipping charges.
Please allow time for your bank or credit-card company to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
If a returned item does not meet the requirements of this policy, we reserve the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund to account for missing packaging, missing components, damage, use, or diminished value, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We begin processing orders quickly and cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or changed after it is submitted. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@mahjongregister.com. If the order has already entered fulfillment or shipped, it will be subject to this Return and Refund Policy.
