Certain products may be offered for pre-order before they are available to ship. A pre-order allows you to reserve an incoming or unreleased product.

These dates are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing, customs, carrier, weather, port, supply-chain, or other delays outside our control.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the products may ship separately or together when the pre-order product becomes available, depending on the shipping method and fulfillment circumstances.

By purchasing a pre-order product, you acknowledge and agree that the stated shipping timeframe is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

SECTION 5 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect when the order is placed and will be included in your order confirmation email.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, handling, customs, duties, or import charges.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, incorrect or incomplete addresses, labor interruptions, port congestion, supply-chain disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.
